The house "UNDER THE GOATS" is our idea of life: a family-run guesthouse with a homely atmosphere. It is based on The idea behind it was to create a space where a tourist will not be an anonymous customer but a welcome visitor. That is why in our hotel everybody is treated kindly and surrounded by friendliness.

Rooms

We have 23 rooms for 2, 3 or 4 people, as well as 4 two-room suites for 4 or 5 people. The rooms are looking out to south-east, overlooking the meadow and forest, or south-west, overlooking the town. However, all our rooms are quiet because of our hotel location.

Every room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a set of towels. Our beds are hotel-type; i.e., no frame, thick mattress with high legs. The rooms can be furnished with a single or double bed, according to our guests’ wishes. We can also add a camp bed or a baby cot to a room. A wireless wi-fi network covers all areas of our hotel.

Dining Room

Our guesthouse in Szklarska Poręba is known for its good homemade food. The dining room is a spacious and tastefully arranged area that invites guests to enjoy a hearty breakfast served buffet-style and a dinner (a 2-course, hot, served meal known as the "dish of the day").

Bar

Small snacks, refreshing drinks, hot tea, aromatic coffee, local Czech beer, or homemade lemon liqueur with honey – these are some of the food and drink options we invite you to enjoy at the bar in our guesthouse.

In the bar, dining room, and fireplace lounge, the consumption of your own alcoholic beverages is not allowed.

Terrace

The relaxation terrace is a spot particularly favored by our guests. Szklarska Poręba offers a symphony of natural sounds, beautiful views, and clean air. After a day of mountain hiking, coffee on the terrace tastes exceptional! And with the chirping of crickets and the sound of the “Koziołek” waterfall in the background – there’s nothing more needed for happiness…

During the summer season, we host barbecue parties on the guesthouse terrace, and in winter, we organize bonfires with sausage grilling.
